How to setup Radio
Tune your radio to Channel 0 to display the Radio ID (also called ESN or RID). Write this down, as it’s required for activation 11. For vehicles with Uconnect® systems, press the Assist button on the rearview mirror and follow on-screen prompts to retrieve the ID 9.
Basic troubleshooting
No Sound or Audio Check Volume/Mute: Ensure the radio is unmuted and the volume is turned up. Test Other Channels: If only one channel has no sound, it may be a temporary outage. Try other channels. Power Cycle: Turn the radio off, wait 30 seconds, then restart it.
